Our Locations

Cotewell’s head office is located in Bundaberg, Queensland. This is where our core team manages scheduling, project planning, and customer support.

Bundaberg is home for us but we offer our services to most areas in QLD, NSW & VIC. Below are the common areas in these states we can do work, however if your area is not on the list below, call us anyway and there just might be a chance that we can complete the job for you.

Size of the job matters

Cotewell specialises in industrial floor coatings and line marking. These projects require extensive preparation, specialist equipment, and dedicated crews – which means they need to be a certain scale to make sense.

As a general rule, projects under 200 m² – such as small garages or minor residential-style spaces – aren’t something we typically take on. Not because they’re unimportant, but because the setup time, mobilisation, and compliance requirements are the same regardless of size. For smaller jobs, that often leads to higher costs without added value for you.

New Builds/Live Workplaces

We work on both new builds and live, operational sites. When work is being carried out in an active environment, areas need to be fully cleared of machinery, equipment, and shelving so our team can work safely and efficiently. We make these requirements clear well before the job begins, so there are no surprises on the day. When areas aren’t prepared as agreed, work may need to be delayed — which can lead to additional costs due to lost time on site. Clear preparation helps keep projects running smoothly and on schedule.
