This existing warehouse had several challenges. The client needed a coating on their floor before they moved into the building and only had a short time frame to have it completed. We were called in to diamond grind the existing floor, which had a coating in sections of it and old bare concrete in other sections, then re-coat with a 3 coat epoxy system. All this was completed in 3 days!

Jardan Furniture, a high-end furniture manufacturer, transitioned from two locations with aged concrete floors to an expansive 10,000m^2 facility requiring a flooring makeover. After a thorough site inspection, a 3-coat semi-gloss finish was chosen for its durability and ease of maintenance. The treatment process involved diamond grinding, patching defects, and methodical application of each coat, with sections coated systematically due to the vast area. The transformation, extended 3 meters up the walls, dramatically increased light reflectivity, turning a once old warehouse into an elegant factory, mirroring the premium products they produce.
