Who We’re Not The Best Fit For
Waterproofing, garages, sheds, shopping centres, we get enquiries for these type of jobs all the time but we often direct them to another contractor.
By specialising in a specific type of work, we can deliver better results for the customers we do serve. If your project falls into one of the categories below, we’re probably not the right contractor for you.

Residential customers
We don’t take on residential projects because our business is built around large-scale industrial work. Our equipment, products, and processes are designed for demanding industrial environments, not homes or domestic properties. Residential flooring projects require a different approach and are best handled by contractors who specialise in that market.
Waterproofing projects
Although waterproofing is often associated with flooring, it’s not a service we provide. We’ve chosen to focus on our core expertise rather than offering services outside our speciality. If your project requires waterproofing, you’ll receive a better outcome by working with a contractor who specialises in waterproofing systems.
Commercial & retail customers
We’re not the best fit for most commercial and retail projects, including offices, shops, restaurants, cafés, and other customer-facing spaces. These environments typically require different flooring systems, finishes, and installation methods than the industrial solutions we specialise in.
Who we are the best fit for
Our focus is exclusively on industrial workplaces because that’s where our expertise delivers the greatest value. We work with warehouses, workshops, manufacturing facilities, distribution centres, cold storage facilities and other heavy-duty industrial environments where flooring needs to withstand constant forklift traffic, heavy machinery, chemical exposure, and demanding day-to-day operations.
Rather than trying to be everything to everyone, we’ve chosen to narrow our focus on industrial. By concentrating solely on industrial sites, we’ve built the knowledge, equipment, and experience needed to deliver durable flooring solutions that meet the unique demands of these environments. It also means our customers benefit from a team that understands the challenges of industrial operations and can recommend the right solution for long-term performance, safety, and reliability.

If you’ve got an industrial facility and you’re looking for a flooring/line marking contractor that understands your environment, we’d be happy to discuss some options.
