Standard Single Pack Paint

• Quick and easy to install: Less prep and process means a faster turnaround on your line marking job.
• Usually no abrasion required: The floor typically doesn’t need to be ground back before painting, saving time and cost.
• The most budget-friendly option: If cost is the main driver, single pack paint is the cheapest way to get your lines down.
• Less durable than epoxy: Being a single component system, it doesn’t cure to the same hard-wearing finish.
• Wears faster under pressure: Forklift traffic, dragged pallets, and heavy foot traffic will break it down quicker, meaning more frequent touch-ups.

2-Pack Epoxy

• Two products mixed together: Two products combined to cure into a genuinely tough, durable finish.
• A more involved application: Mixing ratios, working time, and curing all need to be managed properly.
• Requires abrasion before application: The floor needs to be ground back first for the epoxy to properly bond, adding time to the job.
• A higher price point: More product, more prep, and more labour make epoxy the costlier option.
• Has its limits: Even epoxy will wear down over time under constant forklift traffic and pallet dragging.
